Prepare the Package
Securely pack the components in their original anti-static packaging and protective padding to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the part's integrity and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
